Just Passing Thru Europe follows Matt Walker and Tom Wallisch as they embark on a 1,783 mile journey throughout Western Europe. During their Fall 2009 travels, these two individuals meet up with a variety of faces as they searched for skiing in London, Manchester, Glasgow, and Barcelona.
With the help of Blake Kimmel, I came up with the idea of producing a series of web shorts. The projected is titled Just Passing Thru and follows a small niche group of professional skiers as they travel the globe in search for snow. The idea was to give an intimate look into the athletes and the locations these individuals “just passed thru.” Just Passing Thru Europe was the second installment of this project, and more are planned to be produced during the 2011 winter season.
